The Library

Susan works at the Fairbanks public library, the Noel Wien Library, in the Berry Room, which is the children's section. It is a beautiful library, spacious and comfortable with a sense that this is a place for people to stay a while to read, research, rest: there's an area where you can sit and read by a fire in winter. It's open six days a week in summer, but in winter in opens on Sunday as well, providing a place for people to go on those dark days when the sun never rises.
